Server log files

When you open this site, your browser automatically transmits information that our hosting provider stores in server log files. This includes the browser type and version, the operating system used, the referrer URL, the host name of the accessing device, the time of the request and the IP address.

This data is not merged with other data sources. It is processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and the security of our website, which requires the collection of server log files. The data is deleted after a short period in line with our provider's retention settings.

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM, Neue Medien Münnich, Inhaber René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The provider processes the data described above on our behalf as a processor within the meaning of Article 28 GDPR, on the basis of a data processing agreement. The servers are located in Germany.

Contact by email

If you contact us by email, the details you provide, including the contact data you give and the content of your message, are stored by us for the purpose of handling your enquiry and for follow-up questions. We do not pass this data on without your consent.

Where the contact serves the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures, processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. In all other cases it is based on our legitimate interest in effectively handling enquiries addressed to us, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, or on your consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, where it was requested. We retain the data until you ask us to delete it, until your consent is withdrawn or until the purpose for storing it no longer applies. Mandatory statutory retention periods remain unaffected.

Photographs on this site are loaded from Unsplash, operated by Unsplash Inc., 338 Spadina Avenue, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. When a page is opened, your browser requests the image files from their servers and your IP address is transmitted in the process. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, with a legitimate interest in the visual presentation of our website.

You have the right to obtain information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients and the purpose of processing, and the right to rectification or erasure of that data. You have the right to restriction of processing and the right to data portability. Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future.

You also have the right to object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation. For all of these matters you can contact us at any time using the address in the Legal notice.

Right to lodge a complaint

If you believe that the processing of your personal data infringes the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or the place of the alleged infringement. For Cyprus this is the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection, Iasonos 1, 1082 Nicosia, Cyprus.
